We believe everyone is created on purpose for a purpose. Living out that purpose requires courage and we can’t do it alone. We need people in our lives to challenge and inspire us to be who God called us to be.

Our mentoring definition: A meaningful relationship committed to investing in another to encourage and enable them to step into their calling.

We want those we mentor to understand their spiritual contribution and giftedness; to fearlessly walk in their calling and to see how their obedience is beneficial to the overall work God is doing in their life, local church, community and in the world. Our approach focuses on:

1. BEING - being better connected to God and self

2. DOING - discovering and living out your purpose

3. LEADING - courage to be all God has called you to be
